What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of new and used vehicle sales
• Set and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability
• Recruit, coach, and motivate a top-tier sales team
• Manage inventory, advertising campaigns, and team scheduling
• Champion customer satisfaction and lead by example
• Uphold legal, financial, and dealership standards

What You Bring:

• Minimum of two years experience as a Sales Manager
• Proven leadership in automotive sales management
• Strong team-building and performance coaching skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Strategic mindset with a passion for growth
• Previous Honda experience is a strong asset
